after 7 comes...

Yes, today I'm 8 months old.

I've had a pretty busy month. Thanks to Daddy, I'm a rolling-over fool! :)

I love touching peoples faces, especially their mouths. It's crazy how they move.

I really enjoy eating bananas and today I tried mangoes.

I'm learning sign language at school and I go to a class called Busy Babies on Friday mornings with Mommy. We sing songs, read books, play with puppets and even parachutes. Every class is different. I loved the puppet time so much Mommy and Daddy got me a monkey puppet. He and Chloe are not friends. Maybe that will change???

I love to talk and scream. I can even say "baba". Mommy and Daddy are not sure what it means because it is not related to a bottle. It's fun to keep them guessing, although I'm not sure I know what it means. :)

ROCKSTARS

Here is Bobby's band, Sound of Mountains playing at Durty Nellie's Friday night. What a nice way to end his birthday. Uncle Don, Dave and Dad were so inspired by the performance, they thought they'd give it a try themselves. Mom missed the show because she was watching Evelyn. However, she attempted stardom with the others.

Happy Easter

Last weekend we went to visit Great Gram Signer at the Devonshire and to enjoy the Easter festivities. It's a Brookdale community, just like where Grandma Dorothy lived. It was a fun time.

7 months old!!!

Here I am, seven months old. I still love to smile and jump. I'm also pretty good at eating. I'm sure putting my two chompers to work. They especially help me eat gerber puffs. They're like cheerios, but they melt in your mouth. The newest veggie I've tried and really like is green beans. Today I tried pears, and I didn't even make a funny face!

I've been to the park a few times. I enjoy relaxing in the swing. The funnest times are when Uncle Bobby takes me down the big slides.

I'm getting pretty good at sitting up all by myself. I can even lean forward and sit back up, recovering nicely. (as seen in photo #1 :) )
I have yet, and appear to be far from mastering the rolling over thing. I think it's over rated anyway.
