Happy Days...

Hello all,

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend. We had people over last night to grill out and to watch the UFC fights. We had a great time.

Evelyn is super fun and cute. She is learning a new word every few days. She continues to be a great eater and sleeper. She truly brings us so much joy.

Our house has been on the market 6 weeks now. Aside from one low ball offer, we're just keeping on keeping on.

Mom and I had a garage sale at her house a couple weeks ago. It was quite successful. My neighborhood sale is next weekend, so we will have one more. Then, I'll call Amvets or someone to come and pick up the remaining items.

The baby will be here in 11 weeks. I'm still feeling relatively well. I could complain some, but I won't. :) We went double stroller and booster car seat browsing today. Now we have to watch the sales, ebay & craigslist.

I saw all the pics from Sami's graduation. We really missed a good time.

Thinking of you all,
Missy

1 month old

Hello to all,
I am one month old. I am getting big I am 8lb13 oz. My days are spent eating, sleeping, and getting my diapers changed. I love being held. I can be sleeping in mommy or daddy's arm and when they put me down I wake up. I hope that you enjoy the pictures.

A little update...

We have been extremely busy the past few weeks de-cluttering our house (thanks mom & dad for the free storage) and doing minor odd and end primping getting it ready for sale. It's officially on the market! Here's the link to our posting, if you care to check it out. Or, if you know of anyone interested in a cute townhome. :)

We are testing the waters, listing it for sale by owner, and will put it on the MLS if need be.

I'm feeling great, just really big and tired, but can't complain. I'm gaining weight on a healthy schedule and the babies heartbeat is strong and normal. I feel it moving consistently throughout the day.

Evelyn was scheduled to have tubes placed in her ears tomorrow, but the ENT canceled the surgery since she doesn't have fluid built up in her ears. Hooray! No need to follow up with him unless she has a bout of recurrent ear infections. He performed a few hearing screenings and she passed with flying colors. Yippee!

Mom and Dad are leaving on Friday to Arizona to celebrate Bobby's 35th birthday. Aunt Bonnie and cousin Tracey are joining them. Have a fun time!

Little Hunter is so stinking adorable! I'm looking forward to his 1 month picture on Saturday.

Love to all,
Missy

Update From Houston, TX

Hello everyone! I know for some it's been since Christmas since we have spoken, so I figured after an exciting weekend I should update the family...

Life in Texas is going great! It is finally starting to feel more and
more like home and meeting more friends and just becoming comfortable with my surroundings. That being said, I know I will be returning to Bleyl Middle school again for another year :-) I have passed all of my required exams for the state of Texas, which is a good thing! Another exciting piece of information is for my end-of-year evaluation I scored an "exceeds" in all eight categories on the evaluation, which is very rare my principal told me. So I'm happy with that, and I know my parents are proud for an excellent review on my first year in the classroom.

To celebrate all that and birth of Hunter I flew up to Illinois this past weekend to see him and the pr
oud parents, and I can't believe I am saying this -- but proud GRANDPARENTS too. I have attached some pictures from the weekend, enjoy!

As far as summer goes, since that is a perk to my job, I am done with school on June 3rd and I'm anxiously waiting to hear if I will be teaching summer school or not. If I am, you will find me melting away in the Texas heat this summer, and if not I will be returning to Illinois for the majority of July.

Hope all is going great with everyone else!

Love,
Scott

Hunter is here

Hi everybody,

We had a great week this week. My water broke on Wednesday about 8:30am and Hunter was born at 3:23AM Thursday. He was 7lb 7.2 oz 20 in long and was 3 weeks early. Everybody is doing great and is healthy. He was born on the one day my dad told me not to go into labor. Hunter wanted to run the show on his time. Just giving you an update
I will post pictures when I can find the camera.

Talk to everybody later

Love Angela, Jeremiah, and Hunter
