Yep, just ten more weeks! I'm still feeling great, just tired. Have to admit, I'm getting pretty excited.
Peanut's room has been painted and the carpet shampooed. The crib and dresser/changing table have been ordered and should be here in 2-3 weeks. Everything is coming together quite nicely.
Our vacuum bit the dust last week. We purchased a dyson. It's awesome. I LOVE it. Aunt Shawn, now I know why you like your dyson so much.
Uncle Don, great to hear your project is coming along. Can't wait to see the completion pictures.
We have a wedding to go to this weekend in Madison. The girl that videotaped our wedding is getting married. The wedding ceremony is taking place in a theater. Pretty fitting considering she and her fiance' met in film class at Columbia. It should be fun.
Sami, how was Japan? Post some pictures for us to enjoy.
Aunt Terry, how is your foot? What kind of surgery did you have? How long are you off work? Hope you're better soon.
Have fun at the munch, brothers. It will be nice to visit with Margie. We'll be in Madison, so we'll miss the fun.
Have a safe 4th!!!
Love,
Missy

To all concerned about my foot,
I had a lump/bump on the top of my right foot since I was born. It never bothered me until a couple of months ago (april). Every step I took hurt and since I spend my days at work on my feet and walking it was not a very pleasant experience. My podiatrist told me that it was cartlidge that was pressing against a nerve and the only cure was to have it removed. So the earliest I could schedule it was June 17 since I would not be able to drive for at least a week. So I had it done on Tuesday the 17th. He removed the cartlidge and also shaved my bone down since it was too high (eek, just the sound of that still gives me goodbumps). So I've been off since then, limping around. At least I've been able to drive for the past 10 days. I go back on Monday the 7th. He said at that time he will take the wrapping off and I'll have only a bandage and we'll discuss when I can go back to work. It's been really nice not working, unfortunately I can't get my foot wet so swimming is out and I can't really walk a lot so shoppping is out. But still Dana and I have done a couple of short trips to some of her favorite stores and the mall, of course.

(Sorry it's under Dana, I forgot my password)
Terry glad to hear you are healing. I have a summer cold. On the 4th I watched the NICS marathon. Our kitchen floor looks nice. The living room and dining room are next. I am off work Monday and Tuesday. I hope to spend some time working on my genealogy. Ktmae
