We didn't put directions on the blog. Call us or e-mail us to get them. Scott did post them, but I had him remove the directions as I don't know how safe the blog is to give out personal information like that.
See you on Sunday.

Christmas at brother Rick's
I'm looking forward to that weekend before Christmas at brother Rick's house.
Today, December 11th, Missy made reservations for us at the Residence Motel by the Fairfield Inn by the airport for the night of Saturday 12/22.
Looking forward to seeing everyone that can make it.

Rick and I arrived home with Jeremiah and Angela behind us. We were able to unload the trailer in record time and had some dinner before they headed on to their home.
Scott called and he arrived back at school around 4:30.
In reflection, I just want to let Jim and Kaye know what a fantastic job they did with the arrangements this weekend. I know I heard that several people were impressed with how smooth it went. Job well done to both of you. I know we all had a part in it, but I do feel Jim and Kaye deserve special recognition.
We have placed the cross from the casket on our fireplace tonight in front of the flag that was on Grandpa's casket. It is very fitting there. We have not done much else other than move all of the furniture in tonight.
Missy, the toast you gave was excellent. If you don't mind sharing, I'd like to have a copy of it. At dinner tonight, we were talking and the one thing that would have topped our luncheon off would have been "root beer floats" to make us all feel better.
Bobby and Scott - pallbearers once again and a special part that was to do for your last deed to Grandma.
Missy, Angela and Tommy did a wonderful job with the readings and finally, Dana and Sami, your part with taking the gifts up.
Everyone had a job and we all did well. Kaye, Shawn, Terry and I did our part with the tears.
Looking forward to hearing from Fred's to know they arrived safely home and expecially from Tommy on his acceptance to college.
We look forward to our next time to be together.
Love,
Ellen and Rick

Well it has been awhile since I last got on -- hope everything is going great with everyone. EIU is going, and will be on Thanksgiving break next week, the plan for the week is to head to the Orlando area with two friends, Jamie and Aaron, and spend three days at the Disney Parks and two days at the Universal Studios parks.
Classes are going pretty good, I just completed my practicum experience for this semester, I was a sixth grade math teacher for four weeks at Sullivan Middle School and even had a chance to attend the middle school dance, which was a great time! Now the rest of the semester is filled with unit plans, book talks, and projects!!
I am still working on the horse farm, I just started training a three year-old American Warmblood, and the farm is going to put us in our first show at the beginning of January, then I'll be showing her intro-training level dressage this spring, wish us luck! Here is a photo of the two of us from this past Saturday, her name is "Fillagree."

Hope all is going great with everyone else!
